Thank you!! The past week has been an exhausting one, we’re all much more run down than usual and finding out why is a bit of a mission with our GP. Yesterday was a realisation that I have been doing a bit too much, so I’m taking heed of my dear Mumma’s advice and ensuring I rest and not push myself too much. It was making me panic a lot yesterday, to be honest. So, I need to truly listen to what my body is telling me and what it needs. Hence the lack of a Sunday Substack today.
I hope this weekend has been kind to you and perhaps you’ve had time to reflect and journal.
I agree!! rest is never wasted…it’s very necessary. The Sunday Substack can wait your wellbeing should always comes first. I hope you’re able to take it easy this week and slow down a bit . My weekend was lovely, thank you. I spent it doing a bit of self-care and just taking time to look after myself. I find the constant rain such a mood killer, so I haven’t really managed to venture out much.
I really hope you’re able to get some answers from the GP soon and find out what’s going on 💛
Thanks. Well, I finally finished that roll of Kentmere 400 in my Minolta. It's just sat in the tank waiting for me to develop it. Fingers crossed there's something worth looking at on it.🙂
